Ivana Kupala MN 2026
READ THIS WAIVER CAREFULLY. By purchasing a ticket to or attending Ivana Kupala MN 2026 (the "Event"), you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms on your own behalf and on behalf of any minor in your care.
I understand that Ivana Kupala MN 2026 takes place outdoors at Cleary Lake Regional Park, Oak Grove Campground (the "Venue"), and includes activities such as folk dancing, jumping over a bonfire, walking on uneven terrain, swimming or wading in natural water, camping, and exposure to fire, smoke, weather, insects, wildlife, and other natural hazards. I voluntarily accept all risks associated with attending and participating, whether or not they are foreseeable.
To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, I release, waive, and discharge Ukrainian Village Band, its organizers, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and contractors (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from my attendance or participation in the Event, including claims based on the negligence of the Released Parties.
This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be released under applicable law.
The Venue is operated by the Three Rivers Park District. I agree to follow all Park rules at all times. I understand that UVB is a permitted user of the Venue, not its operator, and that the Park's policies, supervision, and emergency response procedures apply. I authorize UVB and the Park to obtain emergency medical care for me (or the minor in my care) if I cannot consent at the time. I am responsible for the cost of any medical care I receive.
I am responsible for my own gear, tent, vehicles, and personal items. UVB is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
I consent to being photographed and recorded at the Event and to the use of those images by UVB for non-commercial promotion of future events. I may opt out at the gate.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties for any loss they incur because of my conduct at the Event, including damage to the Venue or harm to other Participants.
If any part of this Waiver is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
