By purchasing a ticket to Ivana Kupala MN 2026 (the "Event") or merchandise from https://www.ivanakupalamn.com, you agree to these Terms.

The Event

Ivana Kupala MN 2026 takes place June 26–28, 2026 at Cleary Lake Regional Park, Oak Grove Campground, Prior Lake, Minnesota. The Event is organized by Ukrainian Village Band ("UVB").

Tickets

• Each admission ticket grants one person entry for the dates listed.
• The Camping Add-on is required for each person staying overnight in the group campsite and is subject to a hard cap of 60 spots.
• Tickets are delivered by email as QR codes. Show the QR at the gate.
• Tickets are non-transferable in the sense that re-sold tickets may be voided at our discretion; you may, however, share your ticket with the named buyer.

Refunds & cancellation

• Refunds are available on request up to 14 days before the Event. Within 14 days, refunds are at organizer discretion.
• If the Event is cancelled by UVB for any reason, ticket holders receive a full refund of the ticket price. Camping add-ons are refunded the same way.
• UVB is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs you incur in connection with the Event.
• Refunds are processed via Square back to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Conduct at the Event

• Follow all Three Rivers Park District rules. Their park rules apply throughout the venue and override Event programming where they conflict.
• No fires outside designated fire rings. No fireworks. No glass containers. No motorized vehicles off paved roads.
• Alcohol is permitted only where Park rules allow. Wristbands required.
• Pets, weapons, drones, and amplified personal sound systems are not allowed.
• UVB and Park staff may refuse entry to or remove anyone whose conduct endangers others or violates these rules; no refund is owed in that case.

Media release

By attending, you grant UVB the right to use photo and video taken at the Event in promotional materials. If you do not want to be photographed, please notify a staff member at the gate.

Liability

See the Waiver & Release. Accepting a ticket means accepting that document.

Changes

We may update these Terms before the Event. Material changes will be emailed to ticket holders.
